Next week our ‘Recycled Teenagers’ will be experimenting with a new medium, alcohol ink paints. We’re going to be decorating a set of tea light holders and a matching vase in a funky new style as an introduction to the technique. Later next month we will be looking to expand on this and tackle some bigger projects. So if you’d like to learn more about this fascinating medium then come down for this taster session. The details are in the flyer below.
Our ‘Recycled Teenagers’ are building upon the foundations of their watercolour knowledge that we started a few weeks ago. In this workshop, we’ll be tackling an intricate flower design which is great for people who aren’t fantastic at drawing. We strive to make art as accessible as we can so we provide the watercolour paper with pre printed patterns so everyone can join in regardless of their ability. You can find out more in the flyer below.
Our next workshop for the ‘Arts & Crafts For All’ group is a throwback to the 80’s where nodding dogs were all the rage. In this exciting workshop we’re going to be creating our own decopatch nodding dogs that’s completely unique to the creator. With hundreds of patterns and styles to choose from this is a truly bespoke project. See the attached flyer for more details.
For our ‘Recycled Teenagers’ first workshop of September we’re kicking off with a local theme of beach huts. Being based in Bridlington a lovely seaside tourist resort we’re treated to rows and rows of beach huts looking out to sea. What better way to celebrate the lovely seaside town we live in then to create an homage in the form of a beach ht box frame picture! check out the flyer below for more details.
